Delivery

Delivery is free in Metropolitan France from 35€ of purchase, we ship our products the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 p.m. You are delivered to your home within 48 hours maximum (metropolitan France) and up to 72 hours for Belgium.

Our partner Chronopost takes care of the delivery. You are informed by text or email (depending on what you have selected) of the delivery date and the delivery person will call you when he is in your area to make the delivery.
You also have the option of postponing the delivery on the Chronopost site if you are not available at the time scheduled for delivery.

Feedback

If you wish to return your order to us, you have a period of 14 consecutive days after receipt of the mattress topper , pillow or accessories , 100 days for a mattress . To make a return, contact our after-sales service via our website, by email at contact@bdreams.eu or via our chat and give us your order number. We will call you back and give you the procedures to follow.
