Find all the questions relating to placing an order, sending, delivering and tracking your Bdreams package. As well as the return procedure and the applicable guarantees.
What payment methods are available?
To pay for your order, several means of payment are available to you:
- express payment: Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal
- by credit card: CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
All payments are secured via: Verified by Visa, Mastercard Securcode, Secure payment and 3D Secure.
How does payment work in 2/3 or 4 instalments and what are the conditions for taking advantage of it?
Payment in installments free of charge is available on our site thanks to our partner ALMA. When you place your order, you have the option of choosing between instant payment or payment in installments: 2, 3 or 4 installments. Depending on your choice, an amount will be debited, then the other debits will be made in the next month(s) always on the date of departure of the first payment.
To benefit from it you must:
- To be of age
- Have a bank card such as Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, CB
- Have an order for an amount greater than 50 euros.
What does pre-order mean?
Some of our products can be pre-ordered, which means that you can now order and pay and reserve the product that is not currently in stock. Pre-orderable items are shipped to you within 2 weeks maximum after your order. Beyond this time, the items are not pre-orderable but simply out of stock.
I have a promo code, where can I enter it?
To insert your promo code, all you need to do is:
- Go to your online shopping cart once you have selected your item(s).
- Click on "Pay my order".
- On your smartphone, scroll down the "View my order and enter the promo code" tab, enter your code in the "discount code" box and apply.
- On your PC, enter your promo code in the order summary on the right of your screen in the "discount code" box and then apply.
How can I track the shipment of my order?
From the creation of the shipment of your order, and at each stage of its delivery, you receive a TNT Fedex tracking code. All you have to do is go to the TNT website and enter your tracking number. Otherwise you can also find the "Track my parcel" tab in the footer of the bdreams.fr site.
How does the reimbursement of a Bdreams product work?
In the context of a product return, for defect or dissatisfaction, you must inform us by email at contact@bdreams.eu of the order number, the returned item and the reason for the return. Once the request has been accepted, you will receive a return slip valid for 7 days to return your item to our premises. Once received, we check the returned item (no presence of stains or breakage), if the item is in good general condition, we make the full refund to the payment method used during the purchase.
Have you just placed your order and want to cancel it?
In the context of an order cancellation, only if the order has not already been dispatched, you will be reimbursed within a maximum of 24 hours after cancellation request made by email to contact@bdreams.eu.
In the event that your order has already been dispatched but has not yet been received, you must refuse the package after the carrier upon delivery to your home so that the product is immediately returned to us without shipping costs.
My Bdreams product has a defect, what should I do?
In the event of non-conformity of the product, you must send us a request for reimbursement or exchange by email to contact@bdreams.eu. You have 2 working days after receipt of the product to make a complaint . Your request must be accompanied by your order or invoice number, your choice (refund or exchange) and clear and precise photos of the said defect. Any request made after the time indicated cannot be taken into account.
Where and how can I submit a review on bdreams.fr?
To post a review on our site, you have 2 options:
-Go to the home page of bdreams.fr, click on the review carousel to arrive on the "All reviews" page. Once on this page you can leave a review by entering your personal information, your comment and your rating. Reviews are verified by Judge.me.
- When you buy on our site bdreams.fr you will receive, 5 days after your purchase, a product evaluation request with the direct link to submit your opinion.
How are Bdreams products packaged?
All Bdreams products are carefully wrapped, filmed and packaged in kraft cardboard to ensure impermeability and protection during transport.
What are the shipping fees ?
At Bdreams we offer you delivery costs from 35€ of purchase in Metropolitan France. For Belgium, we ask you to contribute to the costs of €14.99.
What are the delivery times ?
Any order received before 1:50 p.m. (working days) will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next morning (Metropolitan France exclusively outside the PACA and Corsica regions where it takes 48 hours). Deliveries for Belgium within 72 hours.
Do you do weekend deliveries?
Deliveries are made by our partner Chronopost from Monday to Saturday.
How is the delivery if I am not present at my home?
First presentation of the delivery person at your home, in case of absence the delivery person will notify you of his visit and will try again the next day (except Sunday). In case of absence during the second visit, your package will be deposited in the parcel relay closest to your home.
How long is my Bdreams product guaranteed?
Bdreams mattresses are covered by a commercial guarantee and guaranteed for 10 years, the Igor bed base is guaranteed for 5 years, count 2 years of guarantee for all other products.
The warranty covers any manufacturing defect (sagging foam, etc.), it does not cover defects caused by abnormal use.
How does a product return work?
As part of a product return, for defect or dissatisfaction, you must tell us either through your Bdreams customer account OR by email at contact@bdreams.eu, the order number, the returned item and the reason for the feedback. Once the request has been accepted, you will receive a return slip valid for 7 days to return your item to our premises. Once received, we check the returned item (no presence of stains or breakage), if the item is in good general condition, we make the full refund to the payment method used during the purchase.
Return costs are borne by Bdreams if the product is due to a defect (2 working days for the declaration) or dissatisfaction. You have a 14-day trial for mattress toppers and bedding accessories versus a 100-day trial for mattresses.
Note that products purchased in GOOD DEALS are not exchangeable or refundable.
If the return concerns a size error on your part, or the return of the bed base and headboard products , the costs will be borne by you.

What happens to returned products?
At Bdreams we promote the circular economy, which is why returned products are carefully checked, disinfected and put back on sale (if their condition allows it) in the form of Good Deals at a mini price. The reason for the return and the photos of the product in question are always associated with the Bon Plan ad.
