The Bdreams team on a daily basis develops an eco-responsible approach, but then why not apply it to our products?
Rather than storing our customer returns, end of stock or products that arrived new with a slight defect, we decided to give them a second life!
Fully checked, cleaned and disinfected, we put the product back on sale as new but at a mini price!

Can I return a voucher?
Attention, the good plans are neither exchangeable nor refundable and have no trial period. You will have to be careful to choose the right size and comfort to avoid finding yourself in this situation. For this, do not hesitate to contact us!
How to know if the product in good plan is reconditioned?
For each product published in the "good deal" category, you have a label that specifies its condition: "defect", "end of series" or "reconditioned" .
Why is there no good plan currently?
Good plans are ephemeral, they do not correspond to a series of products. Good plans appear according to returns or product defects that occur during our production.
Am I guaranteed to have a product like new?
All tips are checked, disinfected if necessary, then refurbished as new! If the product is damaged and does not allow optimal comfort, it will be automatically recycled.
